The works involved liaising with the main contractor, architect and service providers alike.  We conceptualised a scheme which would meet the clients expectations without affecting the customer experience and spend.
As a two part installation, the ground work was installed retrospectively fitted to the predetermined locations in a trading store.
The corresponding Radlok’s were factory fitted by the specified service provider.

To best manage disruption and customer expectations a full training program was presented to the staff to enable them to operate the system and increase customer awareness.  Signage also plays a major role in the awareness of such systems.  As an added bonus this enabled the retailer to promote its’ work on the “Green Agenda.”  Demonstrating it was investing in systems to lower local environmental issues surrounding abandoned trolleys.  And therefore reducing their Carbon Footprint at the same time as getting a rapid return on investment.
