The operating system can be linked to our UK service and call centre where real time monitoring takes place. Should any form of problem exist in a shop, our service department will receive an immediate web based diagnostic. This allows us to quickly consult with the store and provide timely corrective action.

The GUI customer interface screen is intuitive and allows the shopper to operate the system without the need for distracting speech or warning noises. To further improve the customers experience, the action of scanning is far more flexible than other competing products.

To complete our solution, we can provide stand alone payment stations which are operated by a bar code payment receipt. In high security stores, we can install a secure barriered area with gates that are opened by the payment receipt.

Our package includes PDA or attendant desk viewing of all store transactions. The allows a single member of store staff to manage a number of self scanning units, including the control of age restricted merchandise.
