Proflex 3 Rail is a multi-purpose barrier system for your factory or walkway. It boasts a multitude of benefits from being strong, resilient and maintenance free to being flexible, repairable and safe.

It has an unique plastic fastening device which interlocks the posts and rails without the need for any nails, bolts, screws or welding. It’s components have a memory and will bend where others break, before naturally returning to their intended form. It will not chip or rust, keeping it looking fresh and negating the costly maintenance chores such as painting.

Design:

Standard colours are black posts with yellow or grey rails. No painting or galvanising is necessary Posts are 125 x 110 x 1100m, Rails are 75 x 50 x 1500m, Pins 25 x 25 x 1000m The rails come in standard lengths of 1.5m but can be extended to a maximum length of 2m.

Optional Accessories:

In areas where the barrier may be subject to heavier impact such as in the industrial sector the posts may be placed onto a steel base for better support.
