ITABmk have an extensive range of control boxes which suit multiple requirements for checkout points and to most manufacturers specifications.

The Control Box has custom digital and analogue electrronics built into the circuit design and PCB layout which uses the latest ST7 and PIC based family of microcontrollers. The embedded systems use software written with assembler and the realizer system. The Control Box is of a cable harness and wiring loom manufacture with PCB assembly and wave soldering.

All units conform to current EC standards and directives, including EMC and low voltage directives and where required designs are submitted to an appropriate test.

They can be configured to suit a range of operational and funtional requirements from control of conveyor belts to automatic gates. We can also offer control box conversions and solutions for obsolete control boxes.
