The Elite Ultra has a similar design to the TriFlo Elite but the added advantage of its motorised mechanism means that it is vistually silent and allows for high pedestrian throughput. The 2 arm design also allows completely free passage in cases of emergency
although this is not possible with the 3 arm version.
As well as providing superlative admission and entrance control the Elite Ultra features low energy consumption and a virtually maintenance free mechanism. It was specifically designed to reduce the number of barriers and readers traditionally associated with entrance control. To this end the motor driven mechanism uses sensors to synchronise the rotating arms to the speed of the person passing through. The drive is integrated into the body and therefore allows easy installation into new and existing buildings as there is no underground mechanism to intall. The control for the turnstile is via a micrroprocessor housed in an internal control unit.
The construction of the unit is 304 grade stainless steel body and 316 stainless steel arms. It has curved end panels and a half moon lid. It can easily be integrated into any area by using rails and barriers to create a similar look and feel to the desired area.
The Elite Ultra offers unhindered exit in an emergency situation (when using the 2 armed version only). The system is fully motor driven and a photoelectric 'eye' enables automatic rotation. The unit can be controlled by virtually any access control system and allows for 'hands free' operation. It has the added advantages of being near silent and has intelligent speed control.
All units are supplied complete with push button. Other control methods are availble by quotation only. Please specify direction of control required at time of ordering (e.g. controlled entrance / free exit) and whether right or left handed units are required.
