Our Manufacturing Policy
ITABmk aims to produce quality products suitable for long term use in the retail environment
ITABmk has a 7000sq. Ft assembly area in our 32,000 sq. ft business unit
The manufacturing supply chain has 20 years experience with ITABmk
Design, Supply Chain and Production Management ensure we maintain all specification, customer requirements and the highest standards of build quality
Programme Management Policy
- On major roll-out programmes, ITABmk appoints a dedicated programme manager to interface between ITABmk operations/project delivery teams and the customer
- The programme manager is responsible for the following formal elements:
- Defining overall scope, requirements and specifications
- Managing scheduled dates from the customer and formalising
- Reporting back to customer changes to programme and issues
- Acting as escalation point for ITABmk and the customer
- Driving programme delivery internally within ITABmk
- Holding formal review with the ITABmk operational team
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- All individual stores to be managed by a nominated project manager (not the programme manager)
Project Management Policy
- All stores allocated to Project Managers on a geographic basis
- The Project Manager is responsible for the following elements:
- Individual store/project ownership from start to finish
- Management of each store's customer contacts
- Agreement with store to delivery/handover dates
- Confirmation of each store tailored scope and specification
- Satisfactory delivery of works – on-time, to budget, to spec
- Management of operational support and install resource
- Sign-off and customer satisfaction for each store
- Project Manager to co-ordinate all documentation
- Project Manager to review weekly our delivery performance with Programme Manager
